Branding & Website Design
When Annie, founder of NivoFit, came to me, she had a very basic logo and was struggling with trying to create a website on her own. She had been casually offering fitness classes in her community, but had big dreams of launching a real business. She needed help finding a unique business name and building an online presence. With big dreams and limited knowledge about the online world, she needed someone to guide her through those essential first steps.
This is where I came in, with the task of finding a unique business name, creating a strong brand identity and website design for Annie's fitness coaching services, aimed toward children and seniors.
The Process
We started off with a detailed strategy session where we went over the brand's goals, mission and values, as well as defining their ideal customer. We went over aesthetic preferences, brand personality traits and overall vision. We took a look at the different competitors in the space to see how we could stand out. This provided lots of clarity and was an important starting point for the rest of the process.
I took into account all of these details throughout my design process to create a unique brand identity, brand voice and website design that spoke not only to the founder's goals but also to the target customers we wanted to reach. This included a full and accessible colour palette, a custom logo suite, font pairing, copywriting, and an easy-to-reference brand guideline. Her new website showcases her expertise while being easy to navigate, speaking to her audience, and inviting them to book her services.
What she walked away with:
- A brand that's memorable, unique, and speaks to her audience
- A brand identity and assets that will evolve with the brand as it grows
- Guidelines and training videos giving her autonomy to use her brand assets and update her website
